CHP pays $3.45M for S.F. Marina motel

Nonprofit developer Community Housing Partnership has purchased the Edward the Second Hotel in Cow Hollow for $3.45 million and will convert the property to housing for 18 to 24 year old youths who previously lived in foster homes.
